Bread Culture will travel! I pack up everything I use for the group classes and come to your home and teach you right in your very own kitchen. The only thing I need from you is your oven and some filtered water to mix the dough.
The class ends up being about 3 hours long and you can have up to 5 people take it with you, if you choose. Contact me for pricing on the larger groups.
I teach both beginner and intermediate private classes.
The beginner class looks just like my group class: starter tutorial, mixing, shaping, baking, and q&a.
The intermediate class incorporates inclusions and the use of different grains, hydrations, starter types, and troubleshooting.
Private Beginner Class: $225/person
Private Intermediate Class: $275/person
